This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules and standards that apply to your use of the websites, applications, software, APIs, and related services provided by SoaRank (“SoaRank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Service”).
This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, remove or restrict content, or take other appropriate action as permitted by our Terms of Service and applicable law.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.
You must not use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service, interfere with other users, or compromise the security or integrity of our systems.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
2.1 Violate Laws or Regulations
violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
facilitate or encourage illegal activity;
assist another person in committing a crime or other unlawful act;
evade legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations; or
use the Service in connection with fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful schemes.
2.2 Infringe Intellectual Property or Other Rights
You may not use the Service to:
infringe, misappropriate, or violate another person’s intellectual property rights;
reproduce, distribute, or use copyrighted material without appropriate authorization;
violate trademarks, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights;
impersonate a person, company, brand, or organization; or
create misleading content intended to falsely suggest an affiliation, endorsement, or relationship with another party.
2.3 Abuse, Harassment, or Harm
You may not use the Service to:
threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person;
promote or encourage violence against individuals or groups;
intentionally facilitate physical harm;
distribute content intended to exploit or endanger minors;
engage in targeted harassment or malicious abuse; or
encourage others to engage in harmful or unlawful conduct.
2.4 Fraud, Deception, or Manipulation
You may not use the Service to:
commit fraud or financial deception;
create or distribute deceptive marketing materials intended to defraud users;
manipulate rankings, reviews, ratings, recommendations, or other systems through deceptive means;
create false identities or misleading business representations for fraudulent purposes;
conduct phishing, impersonation, or credential theft; or
otherwise deceive users, customers, businesses, or third parties.
3. Abuse of AI and Automated Systems
SoaRank may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated analysis, and other computational technologies as part of the Service.
You may not use the Service to:
intentionally generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content;
attempt to circumvent technical safeguards, usage limits, or safety controls;
manipulate or interfere with AI systems or their outputs through abusive automated activity;
use automated methods to generate excessive or unreasonable volumes of requests;
systematically extract, scrape, or reproduce outputs for purposes that exceed the scope of your subscription or authorization;
use the Service to develop or operate a competing service by systematically copying or replicating material aspects of the Service;
attempt to reverse engineer proprietary models, systems, algorithms, or security mechanisms, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
use AI-generated outputs as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, security, or other specialized advice where professional judgment is required.
4. Automated Access and Excessive Usage
You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, agents, or other automated systems to access or interact with the Service except where such access is expressly authorized by SoaRank.
You may not:
circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions;
create multiple accounts to avoid subscription or usage limits;
use automated methods to consume disproportionate system resources;
interfere with the availability or performance of the Service;
attempt to bypass authentication or access controls; or
access areas of the Service that you are not authorized to access.
We may implement technical limits, throttling, suspension, or other measures to protect the Service and its users.
5. Security
You may not use the Service to:
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
bypass authentication or security mechanisms;
introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code;
conduct denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks;
interfere with or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure;
access another user’s account without authorization; or
obtain, collect, or use credentials, authentication tokens, or security information belonging to another person.
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Service, please report it to us rather than attempting to exploit it.
6. Privacy and Personal Information
You may not use the Service to unlawfully collect, process, disclose, sell, or otherwise misuse personal information.
You must have an appropriate legal basis and any required permissions or authorizations before submitting personal information belonging to another person to the Service.
You must not use the Service to:
collect sensitive personal information without appropriate authorization;
expose or publish another person’s private information without authorization;
engage in unauthorized surveillance or tracking;
facilitate identity theft;
create databases of personal information for unlawful purposes; or
circumvent applicable privacy or data protection requirements.
If you submit personal information to the Service, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission and use of that information comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
7. Content and Inputs
You may provide information, text, data, URLs, brand information, documents, or other materials to the Service (“User Content”).
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit User Content to SoaRank.
You must not submit content that:
is unlawful;
infringes another person’s rights;
contains malicious code;
contains credentials, passwords, or security keys that you are not authorized to share;
contains personal information that you are not authorized to process;
is intentionally deceptive or fraudulent; or
violates this AUP or our Terms of Service.

8. GEO and Search Manipulation
SoaRank provides tools and insights relating to Generative Engine Optimization (“GEO”), search visibility, AI-generated answers, brand recommendations, and related topics.
You may use the Service to improve your legitimate marketing, content, and brand strategy.
However, you may not use the Service to engage in deceptive or abusive manipulation of search engines, AI systems, review platforms, publishers, or other third-party services.
Prohibited activities include:
generating large volumes of deceptive or low-quality content for the purpose of manipulating rankings;
creating fake reviews, testimonials, or recommendations;
impersonating customers, journalists, experts, or other individuals;
artificially manufacturing engagement or authority;
coordinating deceptive campaigns designed to manipulate AI-generated recommendations;
using fraudulent websites, identities, or citations to mislead AI systems or users; or
attempting to artificially influence rankings or recommendations through unlawful or deceptive means.
SoaRank does not guarantee that any GEO strategy, recommendation, score, or optimization activity will result in higher rankings, increased visibility, traffic, leads, sales, or other business outcomes.
9. Competitive and Benchmarking Use
You may use publicly available information and SoaRank reports for legitimate research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
However, you may not use the Service to systematically collect or reproduce proprietary information belonging to another person or company without authorization.
You may not misrepresent SoaRank-generated analysis as an official statement, endorsement, certification, or representation made by the company or brand being analyzed.
10. Circumvention of Subscription and Usage Limits
You may not circumvent, disable, defeat, or otherwise interfere with restrictions associated with your subscription.
Prohibited conduct includes:
sharing an account in violation of your subscription terms;
creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials or promotional benefits;
using multiple identities to evade account restrictions;
bypassing usage, credit, scan, report, or query limits;
exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities to obtain additional service usage; or
transferring subscription benefits to unauthorized users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in such activity.
11. Prohibited Commercial Uses
Unless expressly authorized by SoaRank, you may not:
resell access to the Service;
provide the Service to third parties as a managed service;
sublicense or distribute access credentials;
commercially redistribute substantial portions of SoaRank reports or outputs;
build a competing product primarily from systematic access to the Service; or
use the Service in a manner that circumvents our commercial licensing model.
Nothing in this section prohibits legitimate internal business use of the Service in accordance with your subscription.
12. Child Safety
The Service is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to independently use the Service.
You may not use the Service to exploit, abuse, endanger, or sexually exploit minors.
We may take immediate action, including suspension or termination, where we reasonably believe the Service is being used to harm or exploit a minor.
13. Restricted and High-Risk Uses
You may not use the Service in connection with activities where an inaccurate, incomplete, or automated output could reasonably cause significant physical, financial, legal, or other serious harm without appropriate human review and oversight.
The Service is not designed to replace qualified professional judgment in areas such as:
medical or healthcare decisions;
legal decisions;
financial or investment decisions;
employment or hiring decisions;
credit or insurance decisions;
law enforcement decisions; or
other high-impact decisions regulated by applicable law.
You are responsible for applying appropriate human review when using SoaRank outputs in consequential contexts.
14. Reporting Violations
If you believe that someone is violating this AUP, you may report the activity to us at:

Please provide enough information for us to understand the alleged violation and investigate it appropriately.
We may, but are not obligated to, investigate reports and take action where appropriate.
15. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
issue a warning;
remove or restrict content;
limit account functionality;
impose technical restrictions;
suspend access;
terminate an account or subscription;
refuse future access to the Service;
preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required; or
report conduct to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities where we reasonably believe such action is necessary or legally required.
We will take enforcement actions in accordance with applicable law.
We are not required to disclose the details of internal security, fraud-prevention, or enforcement mechanisms if doing so could compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
16. No Obligation to Monitor
We are not obligated to monitor all activity or content submitted through the Service.
However, we may use automated systems, human review, or other methods to detect abuse, security threats, violations of this AUP, or other prohibited activity.
Our failure to detect or prevent a violation does not waive our right to take action later.
17. Changes to This Acceptable Use Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or safety standards.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.
The updated version will become effective on the date stated at the beginning of the revised AUP unless otherwise specified.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated AUP constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

制作旨在虚假暗示与另一方存在关联、获得认可或具有其他关系的误导性内容。
2.3 滥用、骚扰或造成伤害
您不得将服务用于：
威胁、骚扰、跟踪、恐吓或虐待他人；
促进或鼓励针对个人或群体的暴力；
故意促成身体伤害；
分发旨在剥削或危害未成年人的内容；
实施针对性骚扰或恶意虐待；或

SoaRank 可能在服务中使用人工智能、机器学习、自动化分析及其他计算技术。
您不得将服务用于：
故意生成或分发有害、欺骗性或非法内容；
试图规避技术保护措施、使用限制或安全控制；
通过滥用性自动化活动操纵或干扰 AI 系统或其输出；
使用自动化方法生成过量或不合理数量的请求；
系统性提取、抓取或复制超出您的订阅或授权范围的输出；
通过系统性复制或复刻服务的实质性方面，使用服务开发或运营竞争性服务；
试图对专有模型、系统、算法或安全机制进行逆向工程，但适用法律禁止此类限制的范围除外；或
在需要专业判断的情况下，将 AI 生成的输出替代专业法律、财务、医疗、安全或其他专业建议。
4. 自动访问和过度使用
除非 SoaRank 明确授权，您不得使用机器人、脚本、爬虫、抓取器、代理或其他自动化系统访问或交互服务。
您不得：
规避速率限制或使用限制；
创建多个账户以规避订阅或使用限制；
使用自动化方法消耗不成比例的系统资源；
干扰服务的可用性或性能；
试图绕过身份验证或访问控制；或
访问您无权访问的服务区域。
我们可以实施技术限制、限流、暂停或其他措施，以保护服务及其用户。
5. 安全
您不得将服务用于：
未经授权探测、扫描或测试我们系统的漏洞；
试图未经授权访问账户、系统、网络或数据；
绕过身份验证或安全机制；
引入恶意软件、病毒、勒索软件、间谍软件或其他恶意代码；
实施拒绝服务或分布式拒绝服务攻击；
干扰或中断服务或相关基础设施；
未经授权访问其他用户的账户；或
获取、收集或使用属于他人的凭据、身份验证令牌或安全信息。
如果您发现服务存在安全漏洞，请向我们报告，而不要试图利用该漏洞。
6. 隐私和个人信息
您不得利用服务非法收集、处理、披露、出售或以其他方式滥用个人信息。
在向服务提交属于他人的个人信息之前，您必须具备适当的法律依据以及任何必要的许可或授权。
您不得将服务用于：
未经适当授权收集敏感个人信息；
未经授权披露或公开他人的私人信息；
实施未经授权的监视或跟踪；
促成身份盗窃；
为非法目的建立个人信息数据库；或
规避适用的隐私或数据保护要求。
如果您向服务提交个人信息，您应负责确保提交和使用该信息符合适用的隐私和数据保护法律。
7. 内容和输入

但是，您不得利用服务以欺骗性或滥用性方式操纵搜索引擎、AI 系统、评论平台、发布者或其他第三方服务。
禁止的活动包括：
为操纵排名而生成大量欺骗性或低质量内容；
制作虚假评论、推荐或背书；
冒充客户、记者、专家或其他个人；
人为制造互动或权威性；
协调旨在操纵 AI 生成推荐的欺骗性活动；
使用欺诈性网站、身份或引用误导 AI 系统或用户；或
试图通过非法或欺骗手段人为影响排名或推荐。
SoaRank 不保证任何 GEO 策略、建议、评分或优化活动会带来更高排名、更高可见性、流量、潜在客户、销售额或其他业务结果。
9. 竞争和基准测试用途
您可以将公开信息和 SoaRank 报告用于合法的研究、基准测试和竞争分析。
但是，未经授权，您不得利用服务系统性收集或复制属于他人或公司的专有信息。
您不得将 SoaRank 生成的分析误称为被分析公司或品牌作出的官方声明、认可、认证或陈述。
10. 规避订阅和使用限制
您不得规避、禁用、破解或以其他方式干扰与您的订阅相关的限制。
禁止的行为包括：
违反订阅条款共享账户；
创建多个账户以重复获得免费试用或促销权益；
使用多个身份规避账户限制；
绕过使用量、积分、扫描、报告或查询限制；
利用漏洞或技术弱点获取额外服务使用量；或
将订阅权益转让给未经授权的用户。
我们可以暂停或终止从事此类活动的账户。
11. 禁止的商业用途
除非 SoaRank 明确授权，您不得：
转售服务访问权；
以托管服务形式向第三方提供服务；
再许可或分发访问凭据；
商业性再分发 SoaRank 报告或输出的实质性部分；
主要通过系统性访问服务来构建竞争产品；或
以规避我们商业许可模式的方式使用服务。
本节不禁止按照您的订阅合法内部使用服务。
12. 儿童安全
服务不面向未达到适用法律规定、可以独立使用服务年龄的儿童。
您不得利用服务剥削、虐待、危害或性剥削未成年人。
如果我们有合理理由认为服务正被用于伤害或剥削未成年人，我们可以立即采取措施，包括暂停或终止服务。
13. 受限和高风险用途
如果不进行适当的人工审查和监督，错误、不完整或自动化的输出可能合理地造成重大人身、财务、法律或其他严重伤害，则您不得将服务用于相关活动。
服务并非用于替代以下领域合格专业人员的判断：
医疗或健康决策；
法律决策；
财务或投资决策；
就业或招聘决策；
信贷或保险决策；
执法决策；或
适用法律监管的其他高影响决策。
在重要后果的场景中使用 SoaRank 输出时，您应负责采取适当的人工审查。
14. 举报违规
如果您认为有人违反本 AUP，可以通过以下地址向我们报告：
support@soarank.com
请提供足够的信息，以便我们理解涉嫌违规行为并进行适当调查。
我们可以调查报告并在适当情况下采取行动，但没有义务这样做。
15. 执行
我们保留调查涉嫌违反本 AUP 行为的权利。
根据具体情况，我们可以：
发出警告；
移除或限制内容；
限制账户功能；
实施技术限制；
暂停访问；
终止账户或订阅；
拒绝今后访问服务；
在法律允许或要求的范围内保留相关信息；或
在我们有合理理由认为必要或法律要求时，向执法机关或其他适当机构报告相关行为。
我们将按照适用法律采取执行措施。
如果披露内部安全、防欺诈或执行机制可能危及服务的安全性或完整性，我们没有义务披露其详情。
16. 无监控义务
我们没有义务监控通过服务提交的所有活动或内容。

サービスを次の目的で利用してはなりません。
他人の知的財産権を侵害、横領または違反すること。
適切な許諾なく著作権で保護された資料を複製、配布または利用すること。
商標、特許、営業秘密、パブリシティ権、プライバシー権その他の専有権を侵害すること。
個人、会社、ブランドまたは組織になりすますこと。
他者との関係、承認または提携があると誤って示すことを意図した誤解を招くコンテンツを作成すること。
2.3 虐待、嫌がらせまたは危害
サービスを次の目的で利用してはなりません。
他人を脅迫、嫌がらせ、ストーキング、威嚇または虐待すること。
個人または集団に対する暴力を助長または奨励すること。
身体的危害を意図的に助長すること。
未成年者を搾取または危険にさらすことを目的とするコンテンツを配布すること。
標的を定めた嫌がらせまたは悪意ある虐待を行うこと。
他者に有害または違法な行為を促すこと。
2.4 詐欺、欺瞞または操作
サービスを次の目的で利用してはなりません。
詐欺または金銭的な欺罔を行うこと。
利用者を欺くことを目的とする欺瞞的なマーケティング資料を作成または配布すること。
欺瞞的な手段でランキング、レビュー、評価、推薦その他のシステムを操作すること。
詐欺目的で虚偽の身元または誤解を招く事業上の表示を作成すること。
フィッシング、なりすましまたは認証情報の窃取を行うこと。
その他の方法で利用者、顧客、企業または第三者を欺くこと。
3. AIおよび自動化システムの濫用
SoaRankは、サービスの一部として人工知能、機械学習、自動分析その他の計算技術を利用することがあります。
サービスを次の目的で利用してはなりません。
有害、欺瞞的または違法なコンテンツを意図的に生成または配布すること。
技術的な保護措置、利用上限または安全管理を回避しようとすること。
濫用的な自動化活動によってAIシステムまたはその出力を操作もしくは妨害すること。
自動化された方法で過度または不合理な量のリクエストを生成すること。
契約または承認の範囲を超える目的で、出力を体系的に抽出、スクレイピングまたは複製すること。
サービスの重要な部分を体系的にコピーまたは複製して、競合サービスを開発または運営すること。
適用法令によりその制限が禁止される範囲を除き、専有モデル、システム、アルゴリズムまたは安全機構をリバースエンジニアリングしようとすること。
専門家の判断が必要な場合に、AI生成出力を法律、財務、医療、セキュリティその他の専門的助言の代替として利用すること。
4. 自動アクセスおよび過剰利用
SoaRankが明示的に許可した場合を除き、bot、スクリプト、クローラ、スクレーパ、エージェントその他の自動化システムを使ってサービスにアクセスまたは対話してはなりません。
次の行為をしてはなりません。
レート制限または利用制限を回避すること。
サブスクリプションまたは利用制限を回避するために複数のアカウントを作成すること。
自動化された方法で不相応な量のシステム資源を消費すること。
サービスの可用性または性能を妨害すること。
認証またはアクセス制御を回避しようとすること。
アクセス権限のないサービス領域にアクセスすること。
当社は、サービスと利用者を保護するため、技術的制限、スロットリング、停止その他の措置を実施することがあります。
5. セキュリティ
サービスを次の目的で利用してはなりません。
許可なく当社システムの脆弱性を調査、スキャンまたはテストすること。
アカウント、システム、ネットワークまたはデータへの不正アクセスを試みること。
認証またはセキュリティ機構を回避すること。
マルウェア、ウイルス、ランサムウェア、スパイウェアその他の悪意あるコードを導入すること。
サービス拒否攻撃または分散型サービス拒否攻撃を行うこと。
サービスまたは関連インフラを妨害もしくは中断すること。
許可なく他の利用者のアカウントにアクセスすること。
他人に属する認証情報、認証トークンまたはセキュリティ情報を取得、収集または利用すること。
サービスのセキュリティ脆弱性を発見した場合は、悪用を試みず、当社に報告してください。
6. プライバシーおよび個人情報
サービスを利用して個人情報を違法に収集、処理、開示、販売その他の方法で悪用してはなりません。
他人に属する個人情報をサービスに提出する前に、適切な法的根拠および必要な許可または承認を得なければなりません。
サービスを次の目的で利用してはなりません。
適切な許可なく機微な個人情報を収集すること。
許可なく他人の私的情報を公開または開示すること。
無許可の監視または追跡を行うこと。
個人情報の盗用を助長すること。
違法な目的で個人情報のデータベースを作成すること。
適用されるプライバシーまたはデータ保護要件を回避すること。
個人情報をサービスに提出する場合、その提出および利用が適用されるプライバシー・データ保護法令に適合することについて利用者が責任を負います。
7. コンテンツおよび入力
利用者は、情報、テキスト、データ、URL、ブランド情報、文書その他の資料（「ユーザーコンテンツ」）をサービスに提供できます。
ユーザーコンテンツをSoaRankに提出するために必要な権利、許可および権限を有していることについて利用者が責任を負います。
次の内容を含むコンテンツを提出してはなりません。
違法なもの。
他人の権利を侵害するもの。
悪意あるコード。
共有する権限のない認証情報、パスワードまたはセキュリティキー。
処理する権限のない個人情報。
意図的に欺瞞的または詐欺的なもの。
本AUPまたは利用規約に違反するもの。
ユーザーコンテンツに関する追加の規則は、利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに定めます。
8. GEOおよび検索操作
SoaRankは、生成エンジン最適化（「GEO」）、検索における可視性、AI生成回答、ブランド推薦その他の関連分野に関するツールと洞察を提供します。
サービスは、正当なマーケティング、コンテンツおよびブランド戦略の改善に利用できます。
ただし、検索エンジン、AIシステム、レビュー・プラットフォーム、媒体社その他の第三者サービスを欺瞞的または濫用的に操作するためにサービスを利用してはなりません。
禁止される行為には次が含まれます。
ランキング操作を目的として大量の欺瞞的または低品質なコンテンツを生成すること。
偽のレビュー、推薦または推薦文を作成すること。
顧客、ジャーナリスト、専門家その他の個人になりすますこと。
エンゲージメントまたは権威性を人為的に作り出すこと。
AI生成の推薦を操作することを目的とした欺瞞的なキャンペーンを調整すること。
不正なウェブサイト、身元または引用を使ってAIシステムまたは利用者を誤導すること。
違法または欺瞞的な手段でランキングまたは推薦に人為的な影響を与えようとすること。
SoaRankは、いかなるGEO戦略、提案、スコアまたは最適化活動によっても、ランキング、可視性、トラフィック、リード、売上その他の事業成果が向上することを保証しません。
9. 競合・ベンチマーク利用
公開情報およびSoaRankのレポートは、正当な調査、ベンチマークおよび競合分析に利用できます。
ただし、許可なく、他人または会社に属する専有情報をサービスから体系的に収集または複製してはなりません。
SoaRankが生成した分析を、分析対象の会社またはブランドが行った公式声明、推奨、認証または表示であると偽ってはなりません。
10. サブスクリプションおよび利用制限の回避
サブスクリプションに関連する制限を回避、無効化、打破またはその他の方法で妨害してはなりません。
禁止される行為には次が含まれます。
サブスクリプション条件に違反してアカウントを共有すること。
無料トライアルまたはプロモーション特典を繰り返し得るために複数アカウントを作成すること。
アカウント制限を回避するために複数の身元を使用すること。
利用量、クレジット、スキャン、レポートまたはクエリの制限を回避すること。
バグまたは技術的脆弱性を悪用して追加のサービス利用量を得ること。
サブスクリプション特典を許可されていない利用者に移転すること。
当社は、そのような活動を行うアカウントを停止または終了できます。
11. 禁止される商業利用
SoaRankが明示的に許可した場合を除き、次の行為をしてはなりません。
サービスへのアクセスを再販売すること。
マネージドサービスとして第三者にサービスを提供すること。
アクセス認証情報を再許諾または配布すること。
SoaRankのレポートまたは出力の実質的な部分を商業的に再配布すること。
主としてサービスへの体系的なアクセスから競合製品を構築すること。
当社の商用ライセンスモデルを回避する方法でサービスを利用すること。
本項は、契約したサブスクリプションに従った正当な社内利用を禁止するものではありません。
12. 児童の安全
サービスは、適用法令上、サービスを単独で利用できる年齢に達していない児童を対象としていません。
サービスを利用して未成年者を搾取、虐待、危険にさらす、または性的に搾取してはなりません。
サービスが未成年者を害しまたは搾取するために利用されていると合理的に判断した場合、当社は停止または終了を含む即時の措置を講じることがあります。
13. 制限される利用および高リスク利用
不正確、不完全または自動化された出力が、適切な人による確認・監督なしに、重大な身体的、財務的、法的その他の深刻な損害を合理的に引き起こし得る活動にサービスを利用してはなりません。
サービスは、次の分野における有資格専門家の判断を代替するよう設計されていません。
医療またはヘルスケアに関する判断。
法律上の判断。
財務または投資に関する判断。
雇用または採用に関する判断。
信用または保険に関する判断。
法執行に関する判断。
適用法令により規制されるその他の重大な影響を伴う判断。
重大な結果を伴う状況でSoaRankの出力を利用する場合、適切な人による確認を行う責任は利用者にあります。
14. 違反の報告
誰かが本AUPに違反していると思われる場合は、次の宛先に報告できます。

申し立てられた違反を理解し適切に調査できるよう、十分な情報を提供してください。
当社は、報告を調査し適切な場合に措置を講じることがありますが、その義務を負いません。
15. 執行
当社は、本AUPの違反が疑われる行為を調査する権利を留保します。
状況に応じ、当社は次の措置を講じることがあります。
警告を発すること。
コンテンツを削除または制限すること。
アカウント機能を制限すること。
技術的制限を課すこと。
アクセスを停止すること。
アカウントまたはサブスクリプションを終了すること。
将来のサービスへのアクセスを拒否すること。
法律で許可または要求される場合に関連情報を保存すること。
その措置が必要または法令上要求されると合理的に判断した場合、法執行機関その他適切な当局に行為を報告すること。
当社は、適用法令に従って執行措置を講じます。
内部のセキュリティ、不正防止または執行の仕組みを開示するとサービスの安全性または完全性が損なわれるおそれがある場合、当社はその詳細を開示する義務を負いません。
16. 監視義務なし
当社は、サービスを通じて提出されたすべての活動またはコンテンツを監視する義務を負いません。
ただし、濫用、セキュリティ上の脅威、本AUP違反その他の禁止行為を検出するため、自動化システム、人による確認その他の方法を利用することがあります。
当社が違反を検出または防止できなかったことは、後日措置を講じる権利を放棄するものではありません。
17. 本適正利用ポリシーの変更
当社は、サービス、技術、事業慣行、法的要件または安全基準の変更を反映するため、本AUPを随時更新できます。
重要な変更を行う場合、サービス、電子メールその他の合理的な方法で通知することがあります。
別段の定めがない限り、更新版は改訂後のAUPの冒頭に記載された日付に発効します。
適用法令が認める範囲で、更新後のAUPの発効日以降もサービスを継続して利用した場合、更新後のポリシーに同意したものとします。
18. 他の規約との関係
